FX-02 is a polymer modified grey cement based powder tile adhesive for fixing vitrified tiles ( up to 2x4 ft. ) , ceramic tiles on wall & tile on tile application on floor and all type of floor applications , for interior usage only.
► Step 1 : Pre-wetting of substrate with maximum saturation of water but be sure that saturated surface dry condition.
► Step 2 : Tiles should be free from dust, clean with brush or cloth.
► Step 3 : Mix the product in water slowly & continue stirring till homogenous paste obtain, allow 5 minute interval & stir again.
► Step 4 : Apply the paste on prepared surface with required thickness &comb the surface with notched trowel.
► Step 5 : Place tiles & press firmly.
► Step 6 : Remove excess paste from tile surface by using damp cloth.
► Step 7 : Tiles Setting should not be disturb for first 24 hrs & then allow for further process.
