FIXKARE is specially formulated integral liquid waterproofing compound composed of surface active plasticising agents, polymers & additives. It is used as an additive for cement concrete, mortar & plasters. It makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation.
► STEP 1: Dry mixing – Charge cement & aggregates into concrete mixer as per mix design & allow dry mixing for1-2 minutes.
► STEP 2 : Wet mixing – Add water approx 75% of mixing water & allow wet mixing for 2-3 minutes.
► STEP 3 : Dosing – 200 ml SOLKARE TM (SK+) mix into gauging water for every 50 kg bag cement & pour in to concrete mixer & mix for another 2-3 minutes.
► STEP 4 : Placing curing – Place the concrete or apply plaster as per requirement, cure the applied concrete or mortar as per good construction practice.
